In 30 years of employing builders , this team was by far the best that I have ever used . They came every day and always on time and always worked until after 5pm .They were friendly , extremely hard working always listening to any requests I made and carried out every part of the job to the exact specification. I cannot believe the skill level as they did everything themselves, from structural work , plastering , building kitchen units , painting , electrics , plumbing, floor laying and all perfect !! Thank you very much to a fantastic team of builders , a pleasure to work with you .

Visitors (personal and trade) comment on the high quality of workmanship. We have asked for further work later in the year. The builder took great time and care in advising on all aspects of this project. Three sets of neighbours commented on the friendly and hard-working nature of the team who were also considerate in ensuring the house and work site remained safe and tidy for my family (including pregnant partner) and neighbours.

Karl did all work including kitchen furniture installation, plastering, installation work ( amendment of electrics and plumbing), tiling, painting, splash backs installation in only one week. I would recommend him and his work to anyone. Very professional with a lot of attention to detail.experience with this company. 10 STAR building contractors. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Karl is a master builder with exceptional attention to detail and patience with each job. His team have completed SIX projects for me over a period of 10 years and always to the highest standard. When I spoke to the inspectors from Nottingham Building Control they commented that Karl's work was the highest quality they had ever seen and that's quite some endorsement. On top of all this Karl himself is a super hard-working, dedicated and above-all HONEST individual. I have never had to question his integrity. 10 STARS.

Karl did a fantastic job from start to finish. I was especially impressed with the communication I received from him as this was much better than previous experiences. He came across very knowledgeable and a genuine nice guy. Top marks all round, would definitely use again and recommend him to anyone looking to make some improvements to they homes.

Karl and his team were great from the outset, communication with Karl was great throughout the job, his prices were very competitive and there were no hidden costs. He was transparent with all plans and helped organise the planning permission and inspections. The job was completed on time and in a very timely fashion as outlined at the start by Karl. Karl and his team were excellent.. their work was top class and I’ve never met a harder working team of builders . I would definitely recommend Regents for any building work and will be using them again in the not too distant future for some more house improvements

It was a shortly needed refurbishment job. Communication was excellent and everything done on time even for my busy schedule. Definitely I would recommend it.

Needed gutter replacing as it was over 10years old and began to leak. Came across Carl's van when he was working on a neighbouring house. He came we competitive rates and great workmanship would highly recommend
